There is not an exact figure we can give as it can vary from case to case. From our previous claims it can vary from 2 weeks to a few months.
All you have to do is provide us with some information in regards to the contract you currently have in place, sign a letter of suthority allowing us to approach the broker and supplier. We will take care of the rest.
We may require your information or input for certain situations however we will on do this when neccesary.
We will process the information you give us to and see if your inquiry has a valid claim for no cost to yourself.
When we have determined if you have a claim, we will need you to sign an agreement which will set out our fees for a successful claim.
You can of course ask, however the supplier usually has an agreement whereby the supplier has to leave any questions regarding commissions.
You can ask the broker, however the brokers that are mis-selling usually don’t tell the whole truth. There’s no guarantee that the information they are giving you is correct.
Usually your claim will not affect your contract, however the broker may remove the commision that they receieve in the contract which would reduce your rate or they may offer to cancel your contract. We will always approach yourselves prior to this to ensure that you happy with the outcome of the claim.
We only charge a fee if your claim is successful.
If your claim is not valid then we will not charge you anything for our services.
